Justin Bieber has had a landmark year, earning among other accolades a friendship with Kim Kardashian, a #1 album, a sold-out tour and a multitude of hits. And now, in addition to performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards on September 12, he's also been nominated for Best New Artist for "Baby."
