Doing his best to put all of his legal woes in the past, Chris Brown has settled his lawsuit with photographer Robert Rosen.
The case arose against the "With You" singer and LA Fitness after Rosen claimed to have been attacked by Brown's bodyguard after taking pictures of him playing basketball.
According to Radar Online, the parties reached their agreement on October 28 - which keeps Brown from having to go to a trial hearing previously scheduled for February 22, 2011.
