According to OK! Magazine, the ?Keeping Up With the Kardashians? star stuck to a diet designed around frequent portion-controlled meals and a strict workout routine.
"They say it takes a full year to really get your body back," the reality star admitted. "I believe that. I was 140 pounds when I gave birth and I'm 95 now."
