Bringing confirmation to previous speculation, Willow Smith will officially be playing orphan Annie in a remake of the 1982 hit movie.
Reports tell that the film is set to be produced by Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith and Jay-Z while delveloped with Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Of the plans, Columbia Pictures President Doug Belgrad said, "The time is right to bring back 'Annie' to the big screen. Of course, we're true believers in Willow's talent and believe she will be perfect in this role. Co
