Courtney Love Is Back On Twitter ? Again!
Early this month we learned that Courtney Love decided to pay out approximately $430,000 to settle a defamation lawsuit where it was alleged that she harmed the business of a fashion designer by posting defamatory messages on her official Twitter profile.
