Enjoying a final few leisurely days before embarking on her Gypsy Heart World Tour, Miley Cyrus treated herself to a day of shopping in Toluca Lake, CA over the Easter holiday weekend (April 23). The former "Hannah Montana" star was decked out in a white t-shirt, black jacket, short-shorts and knee-high boots as she and few gal pals perused the stores while at one point meeting up with on/off beau Liam Hemsworth.
