They're both regulars at the annual fundraiser, and Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel strapped on their sneakers for a good cause in New York City on Saturday (April 30). The two Hollywood hotties were among the many participants running the streets of the Big Apple during the 14th Annual Entertainment Industry Foundation Revlon Run/Walk for Women.
