Paris Hilton's Stalker: Independence Day Arrest
She's not unfamiliar with dealing with crazed fans, and Paris Hilton watched on as a man was arrested outside of her Malibu home earlier today (July 4). Previously on probation over an incident at one of the hotel heiress's homes last October, James Rainford was placed in handcuffs by police as Miss Hilton watched on from her balcony - even taking a few photos of the arrest.
