Box Office: "Breaking Dawn" Dominates the Competition
Jumping out to a commanding lead as was expected, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" took charge of first place at the box office over the weekend of November 18-20, 2011. The Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner starring vampire picture snatched up a dominant $72 million on opening day and $42 million more on Saturday while expected to close with a $142 million debut weekend.
